betpke Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betpke ("betpke", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing betpke's website or mobile platform, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any form of bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use betpke. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. betpke strongly recommends that all players review these Terms periodically, as the platform may update them to reflect changes in products, payment methods, or applicable guidance.

To register and use betpke you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. betpke does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances.
• You are accessing betpke as an individual for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of any business, organisation, or third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion, or court-imposed restriction that prohibits your use of gaming platforms.
• You are not a betpke employee, contractor, director, or an immediate family member of such a person. Such individuals are prohibited from holding player accounts or placing bets on betpke.
• You are registering only one account in your own name. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Each player may hold only one betpke account. Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and accurate personal information. You must provide your real name, date of birth, and contact details as they appear on your official identity documents. betpke uses this information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and payment processing.

You are solely responsible for the security of your betpke login credentials. betpke recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any two-factor authentication features available on the platform. You must not share your login details with any other person. betpke will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact betpke support immediately via the platform's live chat. betpke will investigate and may temporarily restrict the account while the investigation is ongoing.

• Accounts registered with false or fabricated personal information will be permanently suspended.
• betpke may require documentary verification (CNIC copy, proof of payment method) at any stage.
• Players are responsible for updating their contact details promptly if any information changes.

betpke processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not apply currency conversion fees, but your payment provider may do so depending on your agreement with them — betpke has no control over third-party fees.

Deposits

betpke accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is Rs 100. Deposits are credited to your betpke wallet upon confirmed receipt by betpke's payment systems. Failed deposits due to incorrect payment reference numbers are not betpke's liability — always follow the payment instructions exactly as shown on the deposit screen.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible. betpke reserves the right to request identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

betpke does not charge withdrawal fees. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their own bank or mobile wallet provider. betpke may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending resolution of a fraud review, ongoing dispute, or identity verification request.

betpke offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time the bonus is offered. The following general rules apply to all betpke bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific multiple (e.g. 10×, 20×) is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• betpke reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if it suspects abuse, including but not limited to: bonus hunting, coordinated account strategies, or pattern betting designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Only one active bonus can be held at a time unless betpke's promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Refer a Friend bonuses are subject to the separate Refer a Friend programme terms available on the Refer a Friend page.
• VIP Club cashback and tier rewards are governed by the VIP Club terms available on the VIP Club page.

All bets and game stakes placed on betpke are final once confirmed. betpke does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or modify a confirmed bet except in the circumstances described below. Players are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections before confirming any wager.

Cricket Betting

Cricket bets placed on betpke are settled according to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, PCB, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or declared a no-result, betpke will settle bets in accordance with the specific cricket betting rules published on the Cricket Betting page. betpke reserves the right to void bets on markets where a clear pricing error occurred due to technical malfunction or data feed failure.

Andar Bahar

Andar Bahar outcomes on betpke are determined by live dealer card dealing using certified random decks. The dealing result is final and cannot be disputed on the basis of subjective game strategy preferences. Bets are settled automatically at the conclusion of each round.

Ludo Games

Ludo game outcomes at betpke use a cryptographically certified random number generator for dice rolls. The integrity of every roll can be independently verified using betpke's provably fair system. Disputes regarding dice outcomes must be submitted within 24 hours of the game result, accompanied by the specific game ID.

Crash Games and Virtual Sports

All crash game outcomes and virtual sports results are generated by certified random systems. Results are final upon settlement. Technical disconnection during a crash game round does not constitute grounds for result reversal — betpke's auto-cashout feature, if set, will execute on your behalf if you are disconnected.

betpke is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any betpke game, particularly in multiplayer formats such as Ludo.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Exploiting betpke bonus terms or odds in combination with other platforms in a manner designed to guarantee profit rather than engage in genuine recreational betting.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software that interacts with betpke on your behalf without explicit written permission from betpke.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one betpke account in the same name, from the same device, IP address, or payment method.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund a betpke account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unwarranted chargeback or payment reversal after a bet has been settled or a withdrawal has been processed.
• Harassment: Using betpke's in-game chat or communication systems to threaten, abuse, or harass other players or betpke staff.

betpke employs advanced monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity. Accounts flagged for investigation may be temporarily restricted pending review. betpke will cooperate with law enforcement authorities if fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected.

betpke collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering with betpke, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and platform improvement.

betpke does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and technical infrastructure partners as necessary to operate the platform. betpke is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Pakistan. Gaming on betpke should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a means of income or a response to financial difficulty. betpke provides the following tools to help players maintain control:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from betpke for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. During self-exclusion, betpke will refuse deposits and bets from your account.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying how long you have been logged in and your net betting result for the session.

betpke reserves the right to enforce limits or initiate a self-exclusion on any account where betpke's responsible gaming monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling, without requiring player consent. betpke reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where betpke has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.
• The player is ineligible to use betpke under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose betpke to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, betpke will endeavour to complete its review within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the player. Where an account is closed for a confirmed breach, betpke may withhold any balance pending investigation. Balances confirmed as legitimately won through compliant play will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following the conclusion of any review.

Players may close their own betpke account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file once identity verification is completed.

betpke provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. While betpke makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the platform will be free from technical faults at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable guidance, betpke excludes liability for:

• Losses arising from service interruptions, server downtime, or technical failures beyond betpke's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's own failure to secure account credentials.
• Indirect or consequential financial losses beyond the amount wagered in any single session.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on information published on betpke that was inaccurate due to a data feed error from a third-party provider.

Nothing in these Terms limits betpke's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

betpke may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betpke will publish a notice on the platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect player rights or financial conditions, betpke will also send a notification to the email address registered on your account.

Your continued use of betpke after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you should stop using betpke and request account closure before the revision takes effect. betpke will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice before a material change comes into effect, except where immediate changes are required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
